Tea-licious!


I have been investigating teas recently... herbal teas. Teas are a tasty beverage and I drink them often.
I have been investigating them not for their taste, but for their health benefits.
Did you know that (depending on your tea choice) you could be getting healthier while enjoying a tasty herbal beverage?? *Happy dance!* Now that is definitely something to celebrate.
